Yutarou Tsukayama, after being wounded by his own teacher during a revolution on the Izu Peninsula, departed for Germany in search of treatment for the tendons in his arm. However, on the day he left, he had promised to return and finish his unfinished duel with Yahiko. Now Yutarou has landed on the Japanese coast once again, rejoining Karou and the others as a member of the Kamiya Kashin style. However, Yutarou is not the only one who has arrived from Germany. A mysterious order of Germanic soldiers has followed him, each skilled in medieval-style melee combat and fighting from horseback. They bring with them a new threat, one Kenshin and Yutarou must prevent at any cost!
