A Christian prodigy swordmaster; he learned all Hiten Mitsurugi techniques by the age of 14 but "spiced" them up to be more powerful. Shougo is the nephew of a man called Hyoue, who failed to inherit the Ama Kakeru Ryu No Hirameki and was thought to have died, but did not. Hyoue then taught Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu to his nephew, Amakusa Shougo, and Shougo mastered the succession technique. Shougo appeared in Shimabara and united the Christians while training them to be soliders. Age: 20 Apperance: She wears a green and pink robe. Personality Traits Kind Her brother, Amakusa remarks that she's grown up but she still has the heart of a child. Teaches to show mercy on everyone, even on your enemies. Who is she? She is the preacher of the Christian Japanese and their main chapel is located in the town of Shimabara. Historically, Shimabara was known for persecuting the Christian Japanese and many people lost their lives in this conflict. Magdaria's followers think she is the "Holy Mother" but unfortunately Magdaria is dying of tuberculosis. Sano falls in love with her but she dies from a gunshot wound from Santoh's gun and maybe complications from her TB as well. Appears In: The TV Series (First appearance: Episode 68). Personality Traits Secretly loves Magdaria (he gave her a flower..aww) Who is he? Amakusa saved Shouzo from a gang of bullies when he was a boy and Magdaria was kind to him from the start. This was the first time in his short life anyone had shown kindness to him so he swore to protect Amakusa and Magdaria with his life and views them as Gods. Fighting Style: Kempo (?)
